What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 15:00. Please check out by 11:00.
*Note: Guests who reserved dinner should arrive at our hotel before 19:00.

Is it possible to store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can store your belongings and luggage at our hotel reception. Please do not hesitate to notify us if you would like to use this service. After check-out, you can store your luggage only for that day.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept valuables, fragile items, dangerous goods, important documents, and perishable goods.

I would like to send my luggage in advance. Does the hotel permit this?

Yes, please ensure your luggage contains the following information.

  • Guest’s name(written in full.)
    *Please write the name of the guest who made the reservation.
  • Reservation date
  • Your phone number

In addition, please note that we cannot accept:

  • Luggage requiring cash on delivery or cash on delivery with an extra charge
  • Refrigerated goods, frozen goods(items requiring temperature and humidity control)
  • Valuables, fragile Items, dangerous goods, important documents, and perishable goods
  • Items with no listed guest name or for people without confirmed reservations.

Do you offer a transportation service from Beppu Station?

No, we do not offer this service. It takes about 6 minutes on foot from the west exit of Beppu station. If you have lots of luggage, we recommend that you use a taxi in the taxi rank in front of Beppu station. Please check the details on the Access page.

Do you have parking lots for guests?

You can park your car for free at our guests’ parking lot for standard motor vehicles without a parking charge. The parking capacity is limited. (We operate on a first come, first served basis. We cannot accept any reservations.)
*When our parking lot is full, we recommend you park your car at unaffiliated parking lots with parking meters in the vicinity of Beppu Station. These parking lots are about ten minutes’ walk from the hotel. We will pay for your parking charges.

Can we access the Internet at your hotel?

We provide guests with a free wireless LAN in our hotel.

I reserved accommodation without dinner. Can I take dinner on the day of my stay without a reservation?

We cannot provide dinner without a reservation, due to the preparation of ingredients. If you want to order dinner, please make a reservation 2 days before your scheduled arrival day.

Can day-trippers use the hot spring?

No, we cannot accept day-trippers at our hot spring.

What do the amenity goods include?

The amenity goods include loungewear, bath towel, face towel, alarm clock, electric kettle, basic skin care (produced by POLA), tea ware, dryer, and safe.

Can we have services such as a massage in Hanabeppu?

Yes. We have an esthetic room in front of the bathing area on the 1st (ground) floor. The availability varies depending on the time. We recommend you make a reservation in advance. Please check for details on the Facilities page.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
4 to 7 days before your scheduled arrival 20% of the room rate , 2 to 3 days before 50% , 1 day before 80% ,No-show or cancelation on your scheduled arrival day 100%
*Hanabeppu’s cancellation policy varies depending on the accommodation plan.
*For groups of more than 15 members, cancellation fees are charged as follows.
