Three types of kaiseki

Hanabeppu Beppu Onsen Oita Basic kaiseki

Made with local ingredients from Oita and Kyushu, the body-friendly Hanabeppu Beppu Onsen Oita basic kaiseki.
The main dish is Oita's brand chicken "Kanji chicken". Several types of condiments are available, so please enjoy them to your liking.

Oita Wagyu Special Kaiseki

Hanabeppu Beppu Onsen Oita Upgrade the main dish of the basic kaiseki to "Oita Wagyu beef".
Recommended for those who say, "When I come to Oita, I definitely want to eat Oita Wagyu beef!"
*Oita Wagyu beef is Bungo beef with a meat quality grade of 4 or higher, and is characterized by a mellow and melting taste.

Oita Wagyu Premium Kaiseki

A premium kaiseki meal made with plenty of Oita's specialties, including Oita Wagyu beef hotpot, steak, and Seki horse mackerel.
This hotel is recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot springs and also enjoy their meals.
*Oita Wagyu beef is Bungo beef with a meat quality grade of 4 or higher, and is characterized by its mellow, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

Breakfast

*Depending on the date, it may not be possible to choose between Japanese and Western cuisine for dinner banquets or breakfast.
*Ingredients may change depending on availability.
*Older elementary school students will be served adult meals, while younger elementary school students will be served children's meals.

Breakfast is served at Local Tea house, Wabisuke (wabisuke) and dinner is served at Local Tea house, Wabisuke (wabisuke) or cooking tea or kocho. Please take your time and enjoy the seasonal ingredients. We offer carefully selected Japan sake from Oita breweries to match seasonal dishes.
