Hanabeppu Beppu Onsen Oita We handle 29 types of ingredients subject to allergy labeling as defined by the Food Labeling Act.
If you have any food allergy symptoms, including your companions, please be sure to inform us at the time of booking.
We cannot accommodate same-day declarations.

Although cooking utensils are thoroughly cleaned, due to the facility environment in the kitchen,
There is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens may be present in the food.
This is called "contamination," which occurs even when the raw material is not used.
This refers to situations where trace amounts of allergens may be present, such as sharing utensils (tongs) or cooking oil.
Therefore, please be aware that our establishment is unable to provide meals completely free of allergens.
