Due to the above, for stays after June 5, 2025, JR Hotel Members points will no longer be accrued or redeemable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In addition, instead of the accommodation discounts we have offered to members up until now, we will be offering accommodation plans at the best available rates for stays from May 19th onwards. This is an even better deal than ever before.

For JR Hotel Members customers who are currently making reservations, the member price will be charged at the time of booking.
